The new exhaust system from HP CORSE is a fusion of ergonomics and design: conical end caps with ribs instead of smooth ones, an outlet spout made through a refined mechanical forming process without visible welding in the fold, a 400 mm long oval titanium muffler body.

The connection is intentionally designed very short to provide the exhaust system with solidity, optimal positioning and an impeccable final aesthetic result.
The aerodynamic design thanks to the conical end caps and the exceptional strength and precision of the mechanical couplings result in a significant weight saving
(-39% compared to the standard exhaust).
The TIG welding carried out by hand by highly qualified personnel also make SP-1 EVOLUZIONE a masterpiece of craftsmanship.
In addition to meticulous attention to detail and finishing, Hp Corse’s main goal is to offer superior performance: the exhaust can be further enhanced with the optional non-catalytic central connection accessory and the dedicated mapping developed on the test bench, for a maximum power output of +7 HP at 9985 rpm and + 4 Nm of torque at 7000 rpm.
The performance increases were recorded during bench tests on a bike equipped with the complete Hp Corse kit
(SP-1 Evolution silencer, non-catalytic central pipe, air filter and dedicated mapping) compared to the standard Kove equipment.
As well known, the HP CORSE range for Kove 450 is also 100% Made in Italy, easy to install (assembly instructions included) and fully compliant with the Euro 5 regulation.
